Remote Digital Project Manager — APAC Time Zone

We are a Melbourne-based business transformation and software implementation consultancy serving construction and infrastructure clients across APAC. We are seeking an experienced offshore Project Manager to work autonomously and remotely as an integral part of our delivery team. Location & Availability This role mst be available during Australian business hours. Reliable, consistent overlap with our team is essential. Key Responsibilities - Manage and schedule project tasks, ensuring work stays on track - Build and maintain a Critical Path (CPM) schedule - Manage a RAID register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) - Chase up, track, and close out action items - Produce clear, accurate meeting minutes efficiently - Manage project status meetings and send out project status reports - Review project budgets from both a time and cost perspective - Monitor team productivity and ensure work is progressing effectively Communication — Critical to This Role Exceptional communication is the single most important quality we are looking for. You must have outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills and be able to: - Lead and facilitate meetings with confidence and clarity - Deliver polished, professional presentations to clients and stakeholders - Communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and appropriately for the audience - Build rapport and maintain strong working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups Skills & Attributes - Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills - Strong stakeholder management capability - Proven ability to work autonomously, remotely, and take ownership Tools & Experience - Odoo Project & Timesheet - Microsoft Suite (essential) - Microsoft Project - Project management platforms such as Jira, Planner, or Asana
