Remote Full-Time OpenShift & Storage Pre-Sales Solution Architect

looking for a highly experienced OpenShift & Storage Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our growing enterprise consulting team on a monthly full-time remote basis (full-time role). This role is ideal for a senior consultant with 12+ years of experience designing enterprise infrastructure solutions, leading technical pre-sales engagements, and delivering cloud-native platform architectures for large organizations. You will work closely with enterprise customers, sales teams, OEM partners, and delivery consultants to develop winning technical solutions across OpenShift, Kubernetes, enterprise storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud environments. Responsibilities Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and technical presentations. Design enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes platform architectures. Develop end-to-end infrastructure and storage solutions for mission-critical workloads. Create high-quality solution architecture documents, HLDs, LLDs, BoQs, SOWs, and technical proposals. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise tenders. Work closely with sales teams during solution qualification and bid management. Present technical solutions to CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and infrastructure teams. Collaborate with OEMs and technology partners including Red Hat, Dell, NetApp, HPE, IBM, VMware, Nutanix, and cloud providers. Provide sizing, capacity planning, licensing guidance, and implementation recommendations. Support project handover to delivery teams. Required Skills 12+ years of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or solution architecture experience. Strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes. Experience designing enterprise container platforms and cloud-native architectures. Strong knowledge of enterprise storage platforms including Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, IBM Storage, Pure Storage, Hitachi Vantara, or equivalent. Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware, Red Hat Virtualization, Hyper-V, or KVM. Knowledge of hybrid cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or OpenStack. Experience with disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, high availability, and storage replication solutions. Understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automation. Experience preparing technical proposals, architecture diagrams, BOM/BoQ, and cost estimation. Excellent customer-facing presentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with international teams.
