# Remote AI Training & Evaluation Specialist ## Overview We are hiring experienced professionals to work on a variety of AI training and evaluation projects. Depending on your background and strengths, you will be assigned the client assessment that best matches your experience. Projects may include: * AI Generalist tasks * AI Specialist tasks * AI Analyst tasks * Image comparison and annotation * Audio evaluation and annotation * Video evaluation and annotation * Data labeling and quality review * AI model training and feedback * Prompt evaluation * Search relevance and ranking * Natural language and reasoning tasks * Other AI training and evaluation projects The majority of our work involves **training and improving AI models** through high-quality human feedback. ## Compensation * **$3.00 USD per hour** * Full-time opportunities available after successfully passing a client's assessment. * **The hourly rate is fixed and non-negotiable.** ## Mandatory Requirements To be considered, you **must**: * Have previous experience working on one or more remote AI platforms (Outlier, Alignerr, DataAnnotation, Scale AI, Appen, TELUS Digital, Invisible Technologies, Surge AI, Remotasks, or similar). * Have experience performing AI training, AI evaluation, annotation, ranking, or data labeling tasks. * Be comfortable completing qualification assessments. * Have excellent English reading and writing skills. * Have a reliable computer and internet connection. * Be able to work independently and follow detailed instructions. Applicants without prior AI platform experience will not be considered. ## Assessment Process Before employment begins, you must complete the client's required onboarding assessment. **Please read carefully:** * **All assessments are UNPAID.** * Assessments are required before joining any client project. * Some clients allow only **one attempt** to pass. * If you pass, you may be invited directly to a paid project. * If you do not pass a specific client's assessment, you may not qualify for that project. However, we believe in giving strong candidates multiple opportunities. If your work demonstrates good reasoning, attention to detail, and strong performance, we may assign you to additional client assessments that better match your skills. Likewise, if you successfully pass an assessment but are not immediately placed on a project, we have multiple client opportunities and may invite you to complete additional assessments for other paid projects. ## AI Usage Policy These assessments are intended to evaluate **your own reasoning and abilities**. You may use AI tools for minor reference or clarification only. You **must not** rely on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI platform to generate answers or complete the assessment on your behalf.
