Remote Graphic Designer for Fast-Growing Design Startup

We’re looking for talented graphic designers to join a growing design startup service currently in its early testing phase. Right now, we’re working with a small number of clients, building systems, improving processes, and shaping the foundation before scaling bigger. This is an opportunity to get involved early and grow alongside the company from the beginning. The work will mainly focus on digital design projects, including: • Social media creatives • Ads and marketing campaigns • Landing pages and website sections • Presentation and promotional materials • Other digital marketing assets Our promise to clients is fast turnaround times — most designs are expected to be delivered within 48 hours. Because of this, we’re looking for designers who can work efficiently while maintaining strong quality and attention to detail. We’re looking for designers who: • Have a strong eye for modern, clean, high-converting design • Can work across different styles and project types • Are comfortable working with different languages and adapting designs to different copy/text layouts • Understand spacing, typography, and layout adjustments when designs contain different languages • Can handle fast-paced workflows and meet tight deadlines • Communicate well and are proactive, reliable, and open to learning and improving What to expect: • Pay per project/design • Flexible remote work • Opportunity to work on real client projects from different industries • Potential full-time or monthly retainer position after the first few months This is not just another freelance opportunity.
