Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative / Telemarketer (Spanish Required)

We are a fast-growing insurance agency in Florida looking for a reliable and results-driven remote team member. This role is NOT only customer service — it is focused on generating business and supporting daily operations. Responsibilities: • Call customers for renewals, cancellations, and follow-ups • Contact previous and inactive clients to win back business • Call new prospects (small businesses, commercial auto) • Collect complete information for insurance quotes • Update CRM accurately and in real time • Follow up consistently to help close deals Important: We do not focus on “interested prospects only.” We require full information so our team can quote and close immediately. Requirements: • Fluent Spanish (required) + English • Strong phone communication skills • Comfortable with outbound calling (high volume) • Experience with CRM systems • Organized and able to multitask Work Structure: • 30 hours per week (initial 2-week trial) • Performance-based continuation • Base pay + bonus on results This is a performance-based role.
