Summary

Seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Remote Legal Intake Specialist to help handle intake overflow calls, website inquiries, and client communications. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking help after serious accidents, workplace injuries, or disabling medical conditions. Your role will be to listen carefully, gather key facts using our intake scripts and procedures, enter information into our case management system, and schedule consultations with our legal team when appropriate. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, professional, and comfortable speaking with people who may be dealing with stressful or life-changing situations. This position will primarily support our Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Social Security Disability practice areas. Rate & Hours Hourly: $5 to $10 USD per hour, depending on experience and performance after a trial period. We will begin part time at approximately 20 to 30 hours per week during U.S. Eastern Time business hours and overflow periods, with the potential to grow into a long term role for the right candidate. How to Apply (Please Follow All Steps) Send a short message including your name, country, a brief summary of your law firm, intake, customer service, or call center experience, and your available working hours in both your local time zone and U.S. Eastern Time. Record a 1 to 2 minute audio or video where you pretend to answer a call from someone who says: "I was injured in a car accident last week. My back is hurting, I've missed work, and the insurance company keeps calling me. I'm not sure what to do." Please greet the caller, ask a few follow up questions, and demonstrate how you would handle the beginning of that conversation. In 5 to 10 sentences, write the intake notes you would enter into the system from that hypothetical call. Include the key facts, injuries, potential legal issues, and whether you believe the matter may qualify for further attorney review.
