Remote Legal Intake Specialist for US Law Firm

Seeking a compassionate and detail oriented Remote Legal Intake Specialist to help handle intake overflow calls, website inquiries, and client communications. You will often be the first point of contact for individuals seeking help after serious accidents, workplace injuries, or disabling medical conditions. Your role will be to listen carefully, gather important information using our intake scripts and procedures, enter accurate notes into our case management system, and schedule consultations with our legal team when appropriate. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, professional, organized, and comfortable speaking with people who may be experiencing stressful or life changing situations. This position will primarily support our Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and Social Security Disability practice areas. Rate and Hours The starting rate is $5 to $10 USD per hour, depending on experience and performance during an initial trial period. There is an opportunity to grow with this and make more down the road. We will begin with approximately 30 to 40 hours per week. This has the potential to grow into a long-term position for the right candidate.
