Remote Live Roleplay Actor / Voice Performer

We’re hiring a fluent English-speaking Live Roleplay Actor / Voice Performer for a remote phone-call performance role. In this role, you will participate in a 3-way call setup. You will speak directly with another person on the call while receiving real-time off-screen guidance through headphones from a third person. Your job is to listen, adapt quickly, and deliver a natural, believable conversation as the scenario unfolds. This is a great fit for people with experience in acting, voice acting, improv, roleplay, theater, UGC content, sales calls, customer service calls, podcasting, or any performance-based work that requires quick thinking and natural delivery. Responsibilities include: * Performing realistic phone-call roleplay scenarios * Following live cues through headphones while staying natural in conversation * Adapting your tone, wording, and reactions in real time * Keeping the call smooth, engaging, and believable * Communicating clearly and confidently in fluent English Ideal candidates have: * Strong spoken English skills * Acting, improv, voice, theater, UGC, sales, or customer-service experience * The ability to think quickly and follow direction in real time * A natural, conversational speaking style * Comfort with remote work, headphones, and live-call performance This is a remote role for someone who can make scripted or guided conversations feel authentic, responsive, and human.
