Remote Malay Language Data Collection Project

We are hiring remote Malay-language contributors for a business email data collection project. The task involves submitting genuine Malay-language business or transactional email samples in .eml format, only from emails that the contributor personally owns, has received, and is legally authorized to share. All submissions must be fully anonymized before delivery. Language Requirement: We are looking for emails originally written in Malay only. English, translated, AI-generated, copied, or artificially created emails are not accepted. Task Overview: Contributors will submit authentic, non-duplicate Malay business emails in .eml format. Emails must be complete, meaningful, naturally occurring, and properly anonymized before submission. Accepted Email Types: Order confirmations Payment receipts Delivery or shipping updates Booking confirmations Subscription notifications Product or service updates Company newsletters Platform notifications Event invitations Promotional offers Brand or marketing emails Privacy & Compliance Requirements: Contributors must only submit emails they are authorized to share. All personal, sensitive, confidential, account-related, contact, address, tracking, and identifying information must be removed or anonymized before submission. No third-party emails, inbox access, scraping, purchased data, or unauthorized collection is allowed. No forwarded, replied, duplicate, empty, or low-quality emails will be accepted. Detailed anonymization and formatting guidelines will be shared after hiring. This is a flexible remote opportunity for contributors who can carefully follow instructions and maintain quality standards. High-quality contributors may be considered for recurring work.
