Remote/Online Opportunity: Manual Testing (Timor-Leste)- Streaming App Testing (iOS/Android/Desktop)

Job Description Welcome to uTest, by Applause! We help major global brands test the accuracy, functionality, and usability of their websites and applications through a global community of freelance software testers. We are currently seeking participants residing in Timor-Leste for a user experience (UX) and functional study. You will evaluate the account creation and subscription signup process for a major global sports streaming platform. Your feedback will directly help optimize the onboarding journey and ensure a seamless user experience. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Sign-Up Testing: Create a new account and complete the subscription checkout process on your device. Feedback Collection: Document your experience, noting any bugs, localization issues, or friction points during the signup flow. Device Requirements (Must own at least one): iPhone / iPad (iOS) Android Mobile / Android Tablet Desktop Web (Mac or Windows PC) Participant Profile: Must be currently located in Timor-Leste. We are looking for a mix of users: both those completely new to this specific streaming platform, and those with prior experience testing other streaming services. Subscription Reimbursement: To test the signup process, you will need to purchase a temporary subscription upfront ($3- $4). Don't worry, this cost will be reimbursed to you 100% in full, on top of your $80 payment, as soon as you finish.
