Remote Operations Manager

Remote Operations Manager Responsible for coordinating daily business operations, scheduling estimates and projects, managing customer communications, preparing estimates and invoices, tracking project progress, and supporting overall office operations. This role involves working closely with clients, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced construction and wallcovering environment. Requirements Experience in operations management, project coordination, scheduling, construction administration, customer service, or office management Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Experience with estimating, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and project tracking preferred Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
