Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Product Coordination Lead to support the development and launch of an early-stage digital platform. This role is ideal for someone with experience in operations, product coordination, project management, SaaS, digital platforms, or early-stage startups. Responsibilities Organize and document internal workflows, user flows, and operational processes. Create SOPs, checklists, templates, and internal documentation. Work with the founder and development team to translate business needs into clear tasks. Help coordinate product decisions, feature requests, and development priorities. Support platform testing and create QA checklists. Help identify gaps in workflows, user experience, admin processes, and launch readiness. Assist with onboarding, scheduling, payments, support workflows, and internal tracking systems. Help prepare the platform for beta testing and early launch. Ideal Candidate Strong experience in operations, product operations, project management, SaaS, or digital platforms. Excellent documentation and organizational skills. Comfortable working with developers, designers, and founders. Able to create workflows, SOPs, checklists, and process maps. Strong written English communication. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment. Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving detailed project information. Helpful Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Monday Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar workflow tools HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM systems Stripe, PayPal, or payment/subscription systems QA testing or user acceptance testing Startup operations or digital platform launches Time Commitment Part-time remote contractor role. Expected starting commitment: 10–20 hours per week The role may expand depending on performance and project needs.
