Remote Outbound Sales Representative (Performance-Based) – US Small Business Software

We are looking for one confident, English-speaking outbound sales representative to help grow our software company by calling dog grooming businesses across the United States. This is a remote, performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. If you enjoy talking to small business owners, are persistent, and like the challenge of sales, we'd love to hear from you. About the Product We offer an affordable platform that helps dog grooming businesses: Get a professional website Let customers book appointments online Manage appointments Reduce phone calls and manual scheduling The service is simple, easy to demonstrate, and costs only $99/month. What You'll Do Call dog grooming businesses in the United States Speak with business owners or managers Introduce our service using a provided script Answer basic questions Follow up with interested prospects Help qualified businesses sign up Record call outcomes in a Google Sheet or CRM You'll receive training, a script, objection handling guidance, and ongoing coaching. Compensation This is a performance-based position. During onboarding, you’ll be trained on our sales process and product demonstrations. Once training is complete, representatives transition to our standard performance-based compensation plan: * $40 after a customer completes their first paid month * $10 after the customer remains active for 90 days There is no cap on commissions. Requirements Excellent spoken English Clear, professional phone presence Reliable internet connection Quiet place to work Comfortable making outbound calls during US business hours Organized and dependable Previous cold-calling, appointment-setting, or sales experience preferred To Apply Please include all of the following: A short summary of your outbound sales or cold-calling experience.
