Rate: A$10/hr base (approx US$6.50/hr) + flat 5% commission on every sale, uncapped, paid weekly. We are hiring one closer to own the phone from day one, and to grow with this market as we scale it. How this role scales. Our US growth engine is paid acquisition: Meta and Google ads generating warm leads at whatever volume we choose to fund. Every month you close well, we pour more into ad spend, which means more leads on your desk, which means more closes. Your performance literally sets the throttle. This is a flywheel, and you are the person spinning it. The commission model, at every stage of that flywheel. Orders run USD $4,000 to $12,000. You earn a flat 5% on every close, uncapped, paid weekly: One $8,000 close = $400 in your pocket Month 1, conservative: ~$21,000 closed by you = ~$1,050 commission + base = ~$1,610 total Month 1, on plan: ~$52,000 closed = ~$3,185 total Month 3 target: $200,000/month in US sales, up to 70% closed by phone (that is how our home market runs) = $140,000 closed by you = US$7,000/month At scale: as ad spend compounds, this market is built to reach $500,000 in closed revenue. At 5%, that is US$25,000 in commission flowing through this seat. Getting there means going full-time, owning the US sales desk, and eventually leading the reps we hire under you, and the person who starts in this chair gets first right to all of it. These projections are backed by live ad spend and a guaranteed minimum lead volume in writing. No tiers, no thresholds, no caps, no games. Plus a $300 bonus on your first close. The role. This is not cold calling and not a call center. Every lead has already raised their hand: they submitted a lead form from our ads or left a loaded cart at checkout. You call fast, build trust, speak passionately about a genuinely beautiful product, handle questions from our playbook, and close the sale or book the next step. It is the exact consultative model our top reps run in our home market today, and they will train you personally. Dialer, CRM, scripts, and full product training all provided. Hours: 15 to 20 hrs/week to start, covering US business hours (roughly 11am to 7pm US Eastern), scaling to full-time as lead volume grows. You are rep number one of a US launch. We want the person who treats that like the opportunity it is. You: Are hungry.
