Remote QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper (Long-Term Opportunity)

We are a growing U.S.-based bookkeeping firm looking for a dependable and detail-oriented QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to support our expanding client portfolio. If you have experience maintaining accurate financial records for U.S. businesses and enjoy working independently in a remote environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Categorize bank and credit card transactions accurately Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis Manage accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and payment recording Record loan proceeds, repayments, and financing activities Create and maintain fixed asset accounts Prepare and post journal entries when needed Review financial data to identify and correct discrepancies Work with our team to resolve bookkeeping questions and gather missing documentation Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial record maintenance What We're Looking For At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) Excellent written and spoken English communication skills High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to manage tasks independently and consistently meet deadlines Experience with Double (formerly Keeper) is a plus, but not required Reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection Ideal Candidate You are proactive, organized, and committed to producing accurate work. You're comfortable handling multiple clients, enjoy solving bookkeeping issues, and communicate effectively with both clients and team members.
