PHAORA | Remote Recruiter / Onboarding Specialist — Commission, Uncapped About the Role: We are seeking a driven Remote Recruiter / Onboarding Specialist to join the PHAORA team on a 100% commission basis. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and onboarding commission-based sales agents (Cold Callers and Closers) to grow our sales force. Compensation (Commission-Only + Overrides — NOT Guaranteed Hourly): The hourly rate shown ($15–$40/hr) is a platform placeholder and does NOT represent guaranteed pay. This is a 100% commission-only position with override income potential. - Earn commissions for each qualified sales agent successfully sourced and onboarded - Earn overrides on the production of agents you recruit - OTE: $60,000–$245,000/year based on performance There is no cap on earnings. Your Responsibilities: - Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and personal network - Screen and interview applicants for sales aptitude and communication skills - Conduct onboarding: orientation, training coordination, CRM setup - Maintain pipeline of active recruits and track onboarding progress - Collaborate with management to meet headcount targets - Follow up with new agents during ramp-up period Ideal Candidate: - Background in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or sales management - Experience onboarding remote workers or independent contractors - Strong communication and organizational skills - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Familiarity with CRM and applicant tracking tools a plus - Fluent English required This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity with uncapped income potential for top recruiters.
