Summary

Remote Recruiting Coordinator (Spark Hire Required) We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to manage the day-to-day execution of our recruiting process. This is not a recruiter sales role and this is not a hiring manager role. We are looking for someone who can own recruiting administration, applicant tracking, candidate follow-up, interview coordination, and recruiting workflow management. Our company operates in the residential construction and plumbing industry and hires a variety of field, warehouse, office, management, and leadership positions. Required Software Experience You must have previous experience using Spark Hire. Experience with the following is preferred: Spark Hire Spark Recruit Smartsheet Google Workspace Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Recruiting and HR software Responsibilities Monitor all incoming applicants Review applications for minimum qualifications Send and track Spark Hire interview invitations Follow up with applicants to ensure interview completion Move candidates through recruiting stages Maintain accurate recruiting records Manage recruiting workflows within Spark Recruit Schedule interviews with hiring managers Coordinate candidate communications Maintain recruiting dashboards in Smartsheet Generate recruiting reports and hiring metrics Keep open positions actively managed Recommend recruiting process improvements and efficiencies Escalate qualified candidates to leadership for review You Will Not Make final hiring decisions Negotiate compensation Extend job offers without authorization Determine hiring standards Conduct final management interviews Leadership will make hiring decisions. Your role is to ensure qualified candidates move efficiently through the process.
