Remote Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator for Property Management Company

Emperor Rentals manages rental properties with a strong focus on guest experience, fast communication, and reliable property operations. We are looking for a sharp, dependable, and proactive Remote Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator to help us coordinate maintenance issues, vendor communication, repair projects, and emergency responses across our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with property maintenance, understands how repair issues should be handled, and can think quickly when problems come up. Responsibilities As our Remote Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator, you will help manage day-to-day maintenance and repair operations, including: Coordinating repairs and maintenance projects from start to finish Communicating with vendors, contractors, cleaners, property managers, and internal team members Calling vendors for urgent repairs and guest emergencies Establishing new vendor relationships in different service areas Following up consistently to make sure projects are completed on time Getting quotes, comparing options, and helping choose the best vendor for the job Tracking repair progress, photos, invoices, estimates, and completion status Reporting updates to the Repairs & Maintenance Manager Running maintenance reports and keeping systems organized Helping troubleshoot property issues using good judgment and common sense Communicating clearly with guests or team members when maintenance issues affect reservations Being available after hours for guest emergencies when needed Requirements We are looking for someone who is: Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese Experienced with property maintenance, repairs, construction coordination, or vendor management Comfortable making phone calls and following up repeatedly until the job is done Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many open tasks at once Calm under pressure and able to think on their feet Good at solving problems without needing constant supervision Comfortable using online tools, spreadsheets, messaging apps, and task management systems Reliable, responsive, and professional Available full-time Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time Available for after-hours guest emergencies when necessary Ideal Candidate The ideal person for this role understands that maintenance coordination is about urgency, follow-through, and communication. You should be the type of person who does not just “send a message and wait,” but actively follows up, calls vendors, confirms appointments, checks completion, and keeps the team updated. Compensation & Growth Starting pay is $250 USD per week, paid weekly. There will be opportunities for bonuses and performance-based increases as you prove reliability, speed, accuracy, and strong problem-solving ability.
