Remote Sales Closer: Salary + Commission (PST Timezone)

We are a US-based custom teamwear company selling fully custom uniforms and apparel to sports teams, clubs, schools, and leagues across the United States and Canada. We produce uniforms for soccer, basketball, baseball, football, and volleyball where everything is made to order with full customization. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and confident Sales Closer to join our team remotely. This is not a passive customer service role. You will be the first point of contact for new leads and you are responsible for taking every inquiry from first contact to closed deal. --- **What You Will Do** - Answer inbound calls and respond to email inquiries from teams, clubs, and schools looking to order custom uniforms - Ask the right questions to understand what each customer needs - Build and send quotes based on our pricing structure - Follow up on quotes, mockups, and invoices until the deal is closed - Create draft orders and send invoices through Shopify - Handle reorders from returning customers **What We Are Looking For** - Proven experience in sales — you have closed deals over the phone and via email, not just handled inquiries - Fluent English communication is required - Experience selling custom products or custom apparel is a strong advantage - Experience using a CRM system (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a strong advantage - Organized, self-managed, and able to handle multiple active leads at once - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls **Compensation** - Base salary: $750 USD/month - Commission: 2% on all new orders you close - Commission increases with monthly revenue performance **Training** We have a fully documented training system including a Sales Playbook, Call Handling SOP, and a structured 2-week onboarding plan. *This is a long-term position for the right person.
