Title: Remote Sales / Creative Director for Premium Web Design & Development Agency Job Description: We are a growing premium web design and development agency looking for a remote Sales / Creative Director to help manage sales conversations, close new projects, communicate with clients, and translate client feedback into clear internal direction for our delivery team. This is a client-facing role for someone who understands websites, branding, design quality, conversion-focused strategy, and how to speak confidently with business owners. You do not need to be a designer or developer, but you should have a strong eye for creative work and be able to guide clients through the sales and project communication process professionally. The ideal person is part closer, part creative strategist, and part client success lead. What You’ll Be Doing: * Taking qualified sales calls with potential clients * Understanding client goals, pain points, website needs, and business objectives * Presenting our agency’s services clearly and confidently * Helping close website, design, development, CRO, and ongoing support projects * Managing early client communication after the sale * Gathering client feedback and organizing it clearly for the delivery team * Inputting notes, requests, revisions, and project details into our internal system * Helping clients feel heard, understood, and confident throughout the process * Acting as a bridge between the client and our internal design/development team * Helping identify upsell opportunities such as audits, implementation sprints, retainers, maintenance, CRO, or additional website improvements Who We’re Looking For: * Strong spoken and written English * Based in an English-speaking country preferred: US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or similar * Comfortable working remotely * Prior experience in agency sales, web design sales, creative direction, account management, or client success * Confident on sales calls and comfortable speaking with business owners * Good understanding of websites, branding, UX, CRO, Shopify, Webflow, or digital marketing * Able to organize client requests into clear, actionable notes * Professional, polished, and reliable communication style * Comfortable using project management tools, CRMs, client portals, or similar systems * Self-motivated and comfortable in a commission/performance-based role Compensation: This is a remote contractor role with commission-based compensation. We are open to structuring the role as: * Commission per closed project * Small base plus commission * Paid trial period followed by commission-based compensation * Ongoing commission for retained clients, depending on the deal structure We are looking for someone interested in growing with the agency long-term. Strong performance can lead to a larger role managing sales, client strategy, and creative direction.
