Summary

We run a fast-growing claw machine vending business in the San Francisco Bay Area. We own the machines and place them in local venues (restaurants, laundromats, groceries) for a revenue share. We are on a mission to place 20+ machines in the next month and need a sharp, organized operator to run the engine. What you'll do: - Manage our pipeline of 1099 commission sales reps: coordinate outreach, screen applicants, and keep everyone moving toward placements - Run day-to-day operations: track machine placements, inventory, plush refills, and cash-collection reporting - Make outbound calls to candidates (and occasionally venues) during US Pacific business hours - Use our tools (Indeed, our custom ops dashboard, Google Sheets) to keep everything on track - Be the operational backbone so the owner can focus on growth You are a great fit if you: - Have managed a remote or field sales team, or 1099 contractors, before - Are highly organized and proactive; you build processes and hit targets without hand-holding - Have excellent spoken and written English and are comfortable on the phone - Can work overlapping US Pacific hours - Bonus: experience with vending, route businesses, field sales, or gig-worker coordination Details: - Part-time to start (10 to 20 hours per week), ongoing, with room to grow as we scale - Start immediately In your proposal, please answer: 1.
