Remote Salesforce Developer Needed

Salesforce Developer — Integrations & Org Simplification (Remote, Part-Time) We're a small creative-industry holding company running Salesforce as our CRM backbone across multiple business divisions. We're looking for an experienced Salesforce developer to maintain, simplify, and modernize our org. The work: Maintain and troubleshoot our existing Salesforce org (bug fixes, broken automations, flow errors) Manage and optimize integrations: PandaDoc, QuickBooks Online (via Breadwinner), and email/outbound tooling CPQ experience strongly preferred — we use quoting/proposal workflows tied to PandaDoc Simplify and de-clutter: we value lean, maintainable config over complex custom code Help us connect AI tooling into the org (e.g., Agentforce, AI-assisted admin, or third-party AI tools) to reduce manual upkeep and speed up bug resolution You: 4+ years Salesforce development/admin experience (certifications a plus) Proven integration experience — must have worked with at least one of: PandaDoc, Breadwinner, QuickBooks Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight — we give clear priorities, you execute Strong opinions on simplification; you flag over-engineering rather than build more of it Experience with AI tools in a Salesforce context is a major plus Engagement: Part-time / as-needed to start, ongoing relationship preferred Fully remote, async-friendly; some overlap with US Eastern hours for check-ins Start with a small paid test project (fix a defined list of issues) before broader scope To apply: Include 2-3 specific examples of integration or org-cleanup work you've done, your hourly rate, and your availability.
