Remote Shopify & E-commerce Order Management Specialist | Full-Time | Long-Term

Job Description We are a growing recruitment and workforce solutions company hiring on behalf of one of our international clients. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Order Management Specialist to support daily e-commerce operations, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and resolved efficiently. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who enjoys operations, organization, and working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders through Shopify and other e-commerce platforms. Verify order accuracy, payment status, and shipping information. Coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and fulfillment partners. Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues. Handle customer requests related to order changes, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds. Maintain accurate order records and documentation. Monitor inventory availability and report stock shortages. Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams. Prepare basic operational reports and ensure all systems remain updated. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce order management, fulfillment, or operations. Hands-on experience using Shopify. Excellent written and spoken English. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel. Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is highly desirable: Amazon Seller Central WooCommerce Magento ShipStation Gorgias Zendesk Inventory Management Systems ERP Systems CRM Platforms Technical Requirements Reliable computer with webcam.
