Remote Spanish Virtual Assistant

We are a California-based law office looking for a reliable, Spanish-speaking Virtual Assistant to support our remote team on an ongoing basis. A significant portion of our clients speak Spanish only, and we need someone who can join 3-way phone calls and serve as a real-time interpreter between our staff and clients. This is a critical part of the role — clear, accurate spoken interpretation is essential. What you'll be doing: Joining 3-way phone calls and interpreting in real time between English-speaking staff and Spanish-speaking clients Assisting with written Spanish translation as needed Supporting general virtual assistant tasks for our legal team Communicating with our team remotely during flexible hours This role is a great fit if you: Are fluent in Spanish — both spoken and written Have a calm, professional phone presence Have prior experience in translation or interpretation (proven track record is a plus) Are eager to learn and grow within a legal environment Have basic computer or smartphone skills Have a stable internet connection What we offer: Flexible remote hours Beginner-friendly environment — we'll support your growth Consistent ongoing work with an established legal team If you are dependable, communicative, and passionate about helping Spanish-speaking clients get the support they need, we'd love to hear from you.
