Remote IT Support Specialist Needed for Ongoing Help Desk Support

We are looking for a reliable Remote IT Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day technical support for our team. This is a remote position for someone experienced in troubleshooting common IT issues and providing fast, professional support. Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot laptop and desktop issues * Assist with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace support * Resolve Wi-Fi, VPN, and printer issues * Handle password resets and user account management * Provide remote technical assistance to team members * Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions * Support basic system and software troubleshooting Requirements: * Experience with remote help desk or IT support * Familiarity with Windows systems and Linux basics * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace * Strong communication and troubleshooting skills * Ability to resolve issues quickly with minimal disruption * Experience using remote support tools Nice to Have: * Startup or remote team support experience * Basic networking knowledge * Experience with ticketing systems
