Remote AI Training & Evaluation Specialist — Freelance, U.S.-Based

We are building a remote team of qualified professionals to support a range of AI training, evaluation, data annotation, and research-related projects. We are interested in candidates who already have experience working on AI training projects, including: - Evaluating and comparing AI-generated responses - Reviewing content for accuracy, relevance, reasoning, and clarity - Data annotation, classification, and quality assurance - Writing prompts and improving model responses - Fact-checking and research - Coding, mathematics, finance, science, healthcare, or other specialized evaluation tasks - LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, RAG, or related AI workflows Previous AI training experience is preferred but not required. Candidates without direct experience may receive guidance from our team regarding project expectations, quality standards, and effective task-completion practices. Responsibilities - Complete AI training, evaluation, annotation, or research assignments - Carefully follow project-specific instructions and quality standards - Review AI-generated content and provide accurate, well-reasoned feedback - Meet agreed deadlines and communicate clearly with the team - Maintain confidentiality and handle project information responsibly - Complete any required onboarding, qualification assessments, or identity verification independently - Use and maintain your own verified accounts when required by a project or third-party platform Requirements - Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution - U.S. citizen or otherwise legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in the United States - Strong written English and attention to detail - Good analytical, research, and critical-thinking skills - Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment - Reliable computer and internet connection - Willingness to complete qualification assessments and onboarding requirements - Commitment to complying with all applicable platform rules, confidentiality requirements, and U.S. laws Important Account and Compliance Notice Each freelancer must create, verify, control, and maintain their own accounts for any third-party platforms used during the engagement. Account sharing, credential sharing, impersonation, or allowing another person to complete work through your account is not permitted. Our team may provide general training and project guidance, but every freelancer remains responsible for personally completing their assigned work and complying with the applicable platform’s terms and policies.
