Remote Video Conversation Project — English Speakers Needed (Participants or Recruiter)

About the Project We are collecting natural, unscripted video conversations between pairs of English speakers to support AI communication research. No scripts, no acting — just real conversation. Who We're Looking For 1. Participants — Apply as a ready pair of fluent or native English speakers Recruiters — If you manage a pool of reliable, tech-savvy 2. English speakers, apply to source and manage pairs on our behalf What the Work Involves 1. Have a natural, unscripted conversation in English over video call 2. We require two sessions of 31 to 35 minutes each 3. Both speakers must be on front-facing cameras, minimum 1080p at 30 FPS 4. No filters, no background blur, no video editing of any kind 5. Clean, quiet audio environment required throughout 6. You must be able to follow specific lighting and environment guidelines to meet quality standards Pay 1. $20.00 per speaker per completed and approved session ($40.00 combined per pair) 2. Total budget: $2,000 for 50 pairs 3. Recruiters earn commission per successfully completed and approved session 4. Recruiters get a real-time dashboard to track their recruits' session progress and approval status Why Apply 1. Fully remote, flexible scheduling across all time zones 2.
