Remote Video Editor / Post-Production Specialist — Professional Training Webinars (DaVinci Resolve)

Special Learning (special-learning.com) is a professional development company focused on training in the neurodiversity and autism field. We produce 2-hour webinars for practitioners, educators, and families nationwide. We're looking for a skilled remote video editor / post-production specialist to turn our recorded webinar sessions into polished, professional final cuts — on an ongoing basis. This is a remote role, open to U.S.-based editors. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Edit recorded webinar sessions into clean, professional final cuts ready for distribution to a professional training audience - Color, audio sync/cleanup, titles, lower-thirds, and light motion graphics as needed - Integrate multi-camera and multi-presenter recordings (in-studio host + remote presenters joining via Riverside) - Maintain a consistent, on-brand look across an ongoing series IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS - Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (preferred for RODE mic timestamp integration) — other NLEs considered - Experience editing multi-camera footage and talking-head / training / webinar content - Comfort working with recordings produced on RODECaster Video / Riverside / RODE Wireless PRO sources - A portfolio of professional, polished training, corporate, or webinar-style edits (not weddings/events) - Reliable, communicative, and able to hit a recurring delivery cadence ENGAGEMENT: Ongoing freelance relationship (not a one-off project) RATE: Open to proposals — please include your hourly or per-project rate LOCATION: Remote (U.S.-based) START: Flexible — ready to move quickly with the right person We're building a long-term working relationship and would love to see your portfolio and rate.
