About PSVirtualSales PSVirtualSales is building a modern media brand around entrepreneurship, business, recruiting, leadership, and personal growth. We already have an established presence on LinkedIn and are now expanding across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other social media platforms. We're looking for an exceptional remote video editor who understands storytelling—not someone who simply assembles clips. Our goal is to produce content that people genuinely enjoy watching, even when the footage comes from everyday life. This position is fully remote and open to applicants worldwide. The Opportunity We're intentionally building our editing workflow around time zones. At the end of our workday, we'll send you the footage, notes, and ideas. While we're asleep, you'll edit and prepare the content so that when our morning begins, we have videos ready for review, revisions, and publishing. This creates a continuous production cycle where content is moving 24 hours a day. What You'll Create You'll edit content for: YouTube LinkedIn TikTok Instagram YouTube Shorts X (Twitter) Facebook Projects include: Cinematic YouTube episodes Vlogs Business documentaries Educational content Podcasts Interviews Recruiting content Daily short-form videos Promotional content What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can transform ordinary footage into compelling stories. Some days might include: Working from the office HYROX training Gym sessions Run clubs Business meetings Team conversations Dinner with friends Church on Sundays Behind-the-scenes moments None of those activities are extraordinary on their own. Your job is to make them feel interesting through pacing, storytelling, music selection, sound design, editing, graphics, and creative structure. We're looking for someone who understands that great content is created in the edit—not just with the camera. Responsibilities Edit long-form YouTube videos Edit engaging short-form videos for every platform Create cinematic pacing and storytelling Select music that enhances emotion and energy Add sound effects, transitions, graphics, captions, and motion design Color grade footage Improve viewer retention through strong editing decisions Organize project files Deliver edits on a consistent overnight schedule Continuously suggest creative improvements Required Skills Excellent storytelling ability Advanced video editing skills Strong understanding of YouTube content Experience editing high-performing short-form videos Great music selection and pacing Attention to detail Ability to work independently Reliable communication Preferred Software Adobe Premiere Pro DaVinci Resolve Final Cut Pro After Effects To Apply Please include: Your portfolio Three projects that best match the style you're capable of creating Examples of both long-form and short-form edits Tell us which creator's editing style most inspires you Explain how you would make an ordinary workday interesting to watch as a YouTube episode Tell us your time zone and typical working hours We're looking for someone with a portfolio that already reflects the style we're aiming for.
