Remote Video Examination System Developer | Android, Insta360 X5 & WebRTC

We need an individual developer, not an agency, to help create a reliable remote examination setup for assistance dog teams. The examination will take place on location, with several Insta360 X5 cameras recording locally. At the same time, a remote examiner should be able to watch the dog and handler through a near-real-time video feed. Only one camera needs to provide the main live stream, while the additional cameras mainly need to send operational information such as battery level, recording status, storage, temperature, and connection state. Our planned setup uses a dedicated Android device for each camera. On the examiner side, we want a lightweight browser interface that can: * Display the primary live video stream * Show the status of the connected cameras * Provide a few essential remote actions, such as starting or restarting a recording The intention is not to build a custom streaming platform from zero. We would prefer a practical implementation based on the Insta360 SDK, WebRTC, existing open-source components, and proven third-party services where they make sense. Reliability matters more than unnecessary complexity. The system must work across different Wi-Fi and mobile data conditions and should be tested under different environmental conditions, including varying temperatures and network quality. This is a nonprofit project intended to make qualified assistance dog examinations available to teams who may live far from an examiner. For that reason, we are especially interested in developers who can find cost-effective solutions and avoid over-engineering. A significant amount of technical preparation has already been completed. We have documentation covering the proposed architecture, hardware configuration, Insta360 SDK functionality, and expected examination workflow. We can share these materials with interested developers so they can review the technical details and propose the most suitable implementation.
