About the Role We are seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support Dr. Catherine Clinton’s customer service inbox and online community hosted on Kajabi. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for someone who understands the world of online courses, digital products, and paid communities—and who can engage with warmth, clarity, and professionalism. You will serve as a key point of connection between Dr. Clinton and her audience, helping ensure that communications are handled with care, integrity, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Inbox Management & Customer Support Monitor and manage Dr. Clinton’s Outlook inbox Triage incoming messages, including: Podcast interview requests Requests for medical advice (responding with appropriate boundaries) Customer service inquiries General messages and community sharing Tag, organize, and prioritize emails for Dr. Clinton’s review Respond directly to customer service inquiries when appropriate Escalate important or sensitive messages as needed Community Engagement (Kajabi Platform) Actively engage within the Kajabi community space Respond to member questions and foster a supportive, respectful environment Identify and escalate important community themes or concerns Attend and support two live community calls per month: First and third Tuesday at 9:00 AM PT General Support Maintain organized systems using Google Drive Communicate clearly with the team regarding priorities and updates Ideal Candidate Profile You are warm, grounded, and professional—with the ability to balance empathy and clear boundaries. You are comfortable working behind the scenes while representing the voice and values of a respected thought leader. Required Qualifications Experience supporting a personal brand, coach, or thought leader Experience working with online courses, digital products, or paid memberships At least 1–2 years of customer support or client-facing experience Familiarity with maintaining appropriate boundaries around medical or health-related advice Strong written communication skills with the ability to match tone (warm, professional, and holistic) High level of organization and attention to detail Tools & Platforms Kajabi (community + course platform) Microsoft Outlook (email management) Google Drive (documents and organization) Additional Details Part-time role (5–10 hours per week) Must be available to attend live calls twice monthly (Tuesdays at 9 AM PT) Flexible schedule outside of required call times, with an expectation of consistent and timely communication Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for someone who: Enjoys meaningful, heart-centered work Is comfortable navigating sensitive conversations with clarity and care Understands the nuances of online communities and digital education spaces Thrives in a supportive, mission-driven environment How to Apply Please submit: A brief introduction about your experience Relevant background in customer support and online communities Any experience supporting a personal brand or working in the health/wellness space Your availability (including confirmation you can attend the live calls)
