PHAORA | Remote Virtual Receptionist — Commission, Uncapped About the Role: We are looking for a professional, organized Remote Virtual Receptionist to join the PHAORA team on a 100% commission basis. You will serve as the first point of contact for inbound calls, handle routing and scheduling, and support our sales team's operations during US business hours. Compensation (Commission-Only — NOT Guaranteed Hourly): The hourly rate shown ($15–$40/hr) is a platform placeholder and does NOT represent guaranteed pay. This is a 100% commission-only position. - Earn commissions tied to the calls routed and sales facilitated - OTE: $60,000–$245,000/year based on performance There is no cap on earnings. Your Responsibilities: - Answer and professionally manage all inbound calls - Route calls to the appropriate team member or department - Schedule appointments, callbacks, and follow-up meetings - Maintain accurate records and update CRM (HubSpot or similar) - Handle inquiries, take messages, and follow call scripts - Operate during standard US business hours (Eastern or Pacific time zone preferred) Ideal Candidate: - Prior receptionist, customer service, or call center experience - Excellent phone manner and communication skills - Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented - Proficient with CRM tools and scheduling software - Quiet, professional home office environment - Fluent English required This is a long-term, ongoing remote opportunity for a motivated virtual receptionist.
