A growing cleaning service company looking for a super capable virtual office assistance Skills: - Must have self confidence and a little bossy - Available and communicative. Must have excellent communication skills - Patient and Helpful - High experienced with word, excel etc. - Spanish speaking- huge advantage. - Familiar with QuickBooks and/or Jobber - huge advantage - Social media friendly Duties: - Assist manger as needed in day to day task - Communicate with clients, vendors etc. - Coordinate schedule - Manage data files - Online research - General office tasks
