Remote Sales Manager / Sales Coach for Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Team About Us Link Prospects is a B2B lead generation and appointment-setting company helping businesses connect with decision-makers across multiple industries. We are looking for an experienced Remote Sales Manager who can lead, coach, and improve the performance of our sales and appointment-setting team. This is not a simple team lead position. We need someone who can actively coach agents, improve conversion rates, monitor quality, communicate with clients, and drive team performance. Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of remote sales agents and appointment setters Listen to recorded calls and provide actionable coaching Conduct live call monitoring and quality assurance reviews Improve agent pitch delivery, objection handling, and closing techniques Develop sales scripts and optimize existing call flows Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions Run weekly team performance reviews and training meetings Track KPIs including appointments booked, conversion rates, attendance, and productivity Create improvement plans for underperforming agents Communicate directly with clients regarding campaign performance Participate in client meetings and present performance updates Ensure agents follow campaign instructions and quality standards Help recruit, onboard, and train new agents when needed Requirements 3+ years of experience managing remote sales teams or call center teams Strong background in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation Excellent coaching and training abilities Experience reviewing call recordings and providing feedback Strong communication skills in English Ability to motivate and hold team members accountable Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and reporting tools Experience working with international remote teams is a plus Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Team conversion rate improvement Appointment booking rate Agent quality scores Client satisfaction Agent retention and performance growth Campaign profitability Compensation Please include: Your hourly rate or monthly salary expectation Relevant management experience Industries you've worked in Number of agents you've managed Examples of how you've improved sales team performance To Apply Please start your proposal with the phrase: "I have coached remote sales teams and improved conversion rates."
