Job Title: 3D Rendering Designer/Technician – Coohom (Showroom & Client Projects) Job Description: We’re looking for an experienced 3D rendering designer to join our team on an ongoing, part-time basis. You’ll create photorealistic renderings of our showroom layouts and client design projects for sales and presentation purposes. Responsibilities: • Create 3D renderings and walkthroughs of showroom spaces and client projects using Coohom • Translate floor plans, mood boards, or rough sketches into polished 3D visuals • Apply materials, lighting, furniture, and finishes accurately based on our specifications • Make quick revisions based on feedback from our team and clients • Deliver files in formats suitable for presentations (images, PDFs, walkthrough videos) Requirements: • Proven experience using Coohom (please mention this specifically in your application) • Strong portfolio of interior/showroom 3D renderings • Intermediate-level experience in 3D design/rendering work • Good understanding of lighting, materials, and spatial layout • Ability to work with provided floor plans, photos, or reference materials • Reliable communication and ability to turn around revisions quickly • Available for ongoing weekly work (hours to be discussed) To Apply: Please include 2-3 examples of past Coohom renderings in your portfolio, your hourly rate, and your typical weekly availability.
