3D Rendering Specialist Needed for Interior Fitout Projects

I am looking for a talented and reliable 3D rendering specialist to transform my 2D CAD architectural drawings into high-quality, realistic 3D renders. This will initially be for individual projects, with strong potential for ongoing work if the quality and communication are a good fit. Scope of Work: Convert provided 2D CAD drawings (plans/elevations) into 3D models Produce photorealistic renders (interior and/or exterior, depending on project) Apply appropriate materials, lighting, and textures Deliver high-resolution images suitable for presentations/clients Make revisions based on feedback Requirements: Proven experience in architectural 3D modelling and rendering Proficiency with tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics Ability to interpret architectural drawings accurately Good communication and ability to meet deadlines Nice to Have: Experience with commercial interior projects Ability to suggest design enhancements or improvements Animation or walkthrough capability To Apply: Please include: A brief introduction about your experience Portfolio/examples of similar work (before/after or CAD → render is ideal) Your availability and typical turnaround times Your rate per project or per render Additional Info: Work will be provided on a project-by-project basis Potential for long-term collaboration for the right candidate
