At present, we have several monumental projects that require urgent completion, making it imperative for us to recruit the finest 3D talents available. Our unwavering focus is on delivering top-notch quality in every endeavor. This position offers long-term prospects and emphasizes the importance of teamwork. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to produce between 10-30 views per week. Our in-house 3D Artists, widely recognized as industry stalwarts, are an integral part of our team. The reason we are reaching out is due to our extensive workload, necessitating the addition of more 3D artists to our ranks. Sharing files is a fundamental aspect of our workflow, enabling seamless collaboration, prompt revisions, and efficient project completion. If you are unwilling to share files, we kindly request that you refrain from applying. To work with us, you must adhere to the following five rules: A) Consistently deliver exceptional quality. B) Adhere to project timelines and ensure punctuality. C) Follow notes and incorporate feedback effectively. D) Share completed 3D files upon project conclusion. E) Respect the confidentiality of all projects, as we retain full copyright ownership over renderings, animations, and VR tours. Regarding compensation, we issue payments every Friday. Our accountant is available between 6-11 am on Fridays to process payments automatically. Please ensure that each week, you provide us with a list of completed jobs to facilitate prompt payment.
