**Job Opportunity: Outdoor Courtyard Design Specialist** We are seeking a skilled freelancer to transform our outdoor courtyard at a 108-unit cooperative in Queens, NY. The space measures approximately 20' x 32' and features a cement floor along with brick and concrete walls. Our goal is to revitalize this area by upgrading the flooring & walls, adding furniture, plants, and lighting and exploring additional enhancements to improve its visual appeal. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design, with a proven track record of creating innovative solutions for outdoor environments.
