The mission includes producing execution plans (EXE), performing technical analysis of the existing structure, and delivering accurate quantity takeoffs for construction preparation. 📌 Responsibilities Produce complete EXE plans: - layout and space planning - partitions, insulation, ceilings - technical plans (HVAC, plumbing, electrical – layout) - sections, details, construction notes - Architectural and technical analysis of the existing building - Deliver detailed quantity takeoffs (measurements, estimates) - Review and harmonize existing documents - Provide clear, professional documents compliant with French building standards 🎯 Required Skills -Licensed architect or experienced architectural drafter - Proficiency with AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, or equivalent - Strong knowledge of French building standards (DTU, best practices) - Experience in renovation and residential unit creation - Precision, autonomy, attention to detail - French‑speaking mandatory 📁 To Apply Please include: - Your renovation / residential project experience - Samples of EXE plans you have produced - Your preferred software ________________________________________________________________ Prestataire francophone – Collaboration long terme Nous recherchons un(e) architecte ou dessinateur(trice) en architecture, francophone, pour nous accompagner sur un projet de rénovation lourde visant la création de 6 appartements dans un bâtiment existant.
