Renovation of Shipping Container, Deck Expansion & Landscape Integration

Shipping Container Garden Bungalow and Site Planning I purchased a property with a raised 8 x 40 shipping container, a covered wraparound deck, and an unfinished exterior bathroom framed at one end. The container already has spray foam insulation and completed electrical work. I mainly need help with the overall layout and space planning, including: * A kitchen * A sleeping area with a queen bed and storage * The existing bathroom * Enclosing the section of deck around the bathroom and sleeping area * Expanding the deck to include an additional toilet, outdoor shower, dog wash station, storage room, laundry area, and a ventilated room for the whole-house water filtration system I also need help planning: * A shade structure for the driveway * Slim rainwater collection tanks and a system for directing roof runoff into them * A pedestrian entrance along the existing fence * A practical way to protect and secure the deck during hurricanes, such as hurricane fabric or a similar system I’m looking for someone who can develop a comprehensive plan for the container, deck, and surrounding site, bring in fresh ideas, and point out issues or opportunities I may not have considered. The goal of this phase is to establish the overall design before moving on to structural engineering and construction drawings. Deliverables should include floor plans, a site plan, and a massing model showing the container, deck enclosures, deck expansion, and other proposed structures.
