Summary

I'm acting as my own general contractor on a two-bathroom remodel in the USA, working from a detailed spec spreadsheet. You own the research and tracking layer of procurement: find products against specs, request quotes by email, build order-ready carts and item lists for my approval, monitor the orders I place, log tracking numbers, ETAs, and prices in the spreadsheet same-day, and flag delays proactively. You will not make purchases, handle payments, or access any accounts; I execute every checkout myself. Communication via Upwork messages, moving to other channels once under contract. 3-5 hrs/week, 3-4 months.
