Replicate Prototype and Test Hardware for ESP32- Noise Cancellation

I have a completed hardware prototype for an AI-based audio noise-cancellation / speech-enhancement device, built around the ESP32-S3. The PCB design files, BOM, firmware, enclosure files, and documentation are all finished. This is NOT a from-scratch or development project — I am not looking for firmware or ML development. I need help replicating the existing prototype into working units and testing them. Specifically: - Fabricate and assemble the existing 4-layer PCB design into [N] working units (main board + a small separate MEMS-microphone module), including the 3D-printed enclosure - Flash the provided firmware (ESP-IDF) and confirm each unit boots and runs - Perform hardware testing on each unit: audio-quality measurements (e.g. SNR, THD+N, noise floor, output level, latency) plus functional checks of the controls, LEDs, and audio input/output - Document the test results for each unit The device is a mixed-signal audio design (MEMS microphone input, DAC, and headphone amplifier), so audio/analog PCB experience and audio test equipment matter. Ideal skills / equipment: - 4-layer mixed-signal / audio PCB work and PCB-assembly coordination - ESP32-S3 / ESP-IDF: building and flashing a provided project (no firmware development needed) - Audio test gear (audio analyzer for THD+N / SNR, oscilloscope, signal generator) - Bonus: ability to run speech-quality validation (PESQ / STOI) Full design files, BOM, firmware, and documentation will be shared after an initial call and a signed NDA.
