Report design

We are looking for a designer to improve the design of a customer-facing report for a B2C fintech product. The report is shown to customers after we fetch their basic loan and credit details from CIBIL. It gives them a simple snapshot of their current home loan, the interest rate they are paying, potential savings from a bank rate reset, and any issues visible in their report. The product helps customers reduce their home loan interest rate without switching lenders. Instead of doing a full balance transfer, which is slow, paperwork-heavy, and expensive, we help customers get a rate reset from their existing bank. We need the report to be redesigned so it is: 1. Simple and easy to understand 2. Visually appealing for vernacular customers 3. Suitable for a B2C fintech company 4. Trustworthy, clean, and conversion-friendly The current version is vibe-coded and functional, but it needs better visual design, structure, hierarchy, and customer-friendly communication.
