Reputation Management Expert | Google Business Profile Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Reputation Management Expert to help manage and improve our online presence through Google Business Profile (GBP) management and ethical reputation management practices. Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile. - Monitor and respond to customer reviews professionally. - Identify and report reviews that may violate Google's review policies. - Help improve our online reputation using ethical and policy-compliant strategies. - Keep business information accurate and up to date. - Recommend strategies to encourage genuine customer feedback. - Monitor profile performance and provide regular reports. Requirements: - Experience managing Google Business Profiles. - Strong understanding of Google review policies and best practices. - Experience with Online Reputation Management (ORM). - Excellent communication and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and provide regular updates. - Previous experience with similar projects is preferred.
