We are seeking an experienced Reputation Management Specialist to help improve the online reputation of our established moving company, Move On Removals, based in Melbourne, Australia. About Us Move On Removals has been operating for over 14 years and has completed more than 45,000 moves across Victoria. We provide packing, moving, unpacking, office relocations, storage solutions, and cleaning services. Project Scope We are looking for a specialist who can: • Conduct a full online reputation audit. • Identify negative search results affecting our brand. • Review all online mentions, reviews, forums, and social media discussions relating to our business. • Develop a strategy to improve our online reputation and brand perception. • Assist in addressing negative content where appropriate and in accordance with platform policies. • Implement SEO-based suppression strategies to push positive content above negative search results. • Improve branded search results for our company name. • Develop a review generation strategy to increase positive customer reviews. • Create and optimise positive content including business profiles, articles, citations, press releases, and authority listings. • Provide weekly reporting on progress and rankings.
