Reputation Manager (E-commerce)

We are looking for an experienced Trustpilot Reputation Manager to help us improve and maintain our Trustpilot score for our e-commerce brand. What we need: - Analyze our current Trustpilot profile and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement a strategy to increase the number of customer positive reviews - Recommend the best timing and workflow for sending Trustpilot review invitations - Help identify satisfied customers who are most likely to leave honest reviews - Advise on improving customer communication to encourage authentic feedback - Identify reviews that may violate Trustpilot guidelines and assist with the dispute process where appropriate - Provide ongoing recommendations to improve our online reputation Requirements: - Strong understanding of Trustpilot policies and best practices - Experience increasing Trustpilot scores - Excellent communication skills - Ability to provide case studies or examples of previous work In Your Proposal, Please Answer: 1.
