Request for Proposal – Company Incorporation Services in Liberia

We are looking for an experienced corporate lawyer, company formation specialist, or corporate service provider to assist us with the end-to-end incorporation of a company in Liberia for one of our international clients. The selected professional should have extensive experience in company incorporation for foreign investors and be able to provide complete incorporation support, including post-incorporation assistance. Scope of Work The selected professional will be responsible for: End-to-end incorporation of a Liberian company. Advising on the most suitable legal entity for the proposed business. Company name reservation and incorporation filings. Drafting and preparation of all incorporation documents. Provision of a Registered Agent and/or Local Representative (where required). Provision of a Registered Office Address in Liberia. Assistance with obtaining the Tax Identification Number (TIN) and all necessary tax registrations. Assistance with obtaining the Business Registration Certificate and any other mandatory registrations. Assistance with opening a corporate bank account. Guidance on post-incorporation registrations, licensing requirements, and ongoing compliance obligations. Assistance with obtaining any additional permits or sector-specific licenses, if applicable. Whether the shareholder(s) and director(s) are required to travel to Liberia at any stage of the incorporation process. Ongoing annual compliance requirements and estimated costs. Whether you can provide accounting, tax, payroll, corporate secretarial, and ongoing compliance services after incorporation. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience incorporating companies in Liberia for foreign shareholders. Strong knowledge of Liberian corporate, commercial, and tax laws. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to provide long-term corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, and compliance support.
