Research Analyst – Government, Economics & Digital Economy

We are seeking a bilingual Research Analyst who can conduct thorough, credible research and translate findings into actionable insights, measurable data, and strategic recommendations. This role requires strong knowledge of U.S. and LATAM government systems, economics, legislation, public policy, digital economy trends, and government procurement processes. The ideal candidate must be able to go beyond AI-generated research by validating sources, analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and preparing clear reports, briefs, and presentation materials for leadership, investors, and government stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research on U.S. and LATAM government systems, policies, legislation, and economic trends. - Analyze digital economy, AI, technology adoption, public-sector modernization, and procurement opportunities. - Translate research into actionable insights, metrics, reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations. - Track government procurement processes, RFPs, grants, public-private partnership opportunities, and relevant legislation. - Prepare concise research briefs, market analysis, policy summaries, and presentation materials. - Validate information using credible sources, public records, government databases, reports, and data-driven research methods. - Support strategic initiatives related to economic development, digital transformation, and government innovation. Requirements: - Strong research, analytical, and writing skills. - Knowledge of U.S. and LATAM government systems, economics, legislation, and public procurement. - Understanding of digital economy, AI, technology, and public-sector innovation. - Ability to convert complex research into clear, actionable, metrics-based insights. - Fluent in English and Spanish. - Comfortable working during U.S. business hours. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently. Preferred Experience: Experience in government affairs, public policy, economics, consulting, international development, procurement, or market research is highly preferred.
