Research Assistant Needed to Find Vacant Land Buyers

I run a U.S.-based land due diligence business that helps buyers evaluate vacant land before they purchase it. I'm looking for a research assistant to help identify people who are actively researching, evaluating, making offers on, or purchasing vacant land in the United States. This is NOT cold outreach, sales, posting, commenting, or messaging. This is research only. Tasks: * Search Reddit, BiggerPockets, Facebook groups, forums, and other online communities * Find people actively discussing land purchases * Identify high-intent prospects * Organize findings in a spreadsheet For each prospect, provide: * Platform * Link to post/discussion * Username or name * Date of post * State/location (if known) * Short summary * Why they may be a prospect Ideal prospects: * Looking to buy vacant land * Under contract on acreage * Evaluating rural property * Comparing parcels * Asking questions about zoning, access, utilities, floodplain, septic, surveys, easements, restrictions, or due diligence Do NOT include: * Land sellers * Realtors posting listings * General real estate discussions * Gardening or homestead discussions that are not related to buying land * Existing landowners showing off property Priority states: Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Kentucky, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. This will begin with a small paid test project (2 hours). If the quality is good, there is potential for ongoing work. When applying, please tell me: 1.
