Research & Data Entry: Real Estate Database Building (350 Contacts/Week)

I am looking for a research / data entry specialist to assist with building a business contact database. This is a long-term, weekly role focused on the commercial real estate sector in the province of Quebec in Canada. Weekly Tasks: Professional Outreach Discovery: Identify real estate decision-makers at various companies and find their verified email addresses (250 contacts per week). Property Ownership Research: Find landlord information and verified phone numbers and verified email addresses for property addresses (100 contacts per week). Requirements: -Accuracy is the most important priority. Data must be verified and correct. -Reliability: This is a consistent weekly workload. -Experience: Must have experience getting accurate data for commercial real estate landlords and tenants.
